Our Mail Man Adam kindly brought us the Letter Ches. Ches has one bog line on top, one big line coming down, and another big line coming down on the opposite side.

Challa also begins with the Letter Ches.
The women have a special mitzva to make challa for Shabbos each each week.
When we do so, we have a special opportunity at this time to daven to Hashem asking Him for all the things we need.
